Step by step guide to becoming a modern Structural Mechanics Engineer in 2022
This course deals with the complete theory of solid objects’ behavior subjected to stresses and strains. A more complete theory of the elastic and plastic behavior of materials will also be introduced later in the course.
This course covers fundamental mechanical design topics, such as static and fatigue failure theories, the analysis of shafts, fasteners, and gears, and the design of mechanical systems such as gearboxes.
This section provides the ability to analyze structural problems by teaching the pre-processing, solving, and post-processing stages using a commercial FEM software.
